Onboarded properly.Then looked after properly.

Dare 360 is our complete Apple IT package — we get your Jamf environment up and running, support you and your users, and work with you to stay secure, compliant and productive, all under one agreement. No separate project to scope, no gap between rollout and support, and nothing quietly left to drift.

The package

One agreement, the whole journey.

Dare 360 isn’t a menu of services — it’s a package with a shape. We set you up, we run the day-to-day, and we keep you where an auditor would want to find you.

  1. Onboard

Apple Business and Jamf set up properly — zero-touch enrolment, a security baseline from day one, and everything documented.

  2. Support

Your people contact us directly — real humans who know Apple and built your environment, not a ticket-bot or a call-centre script.

  3. Stay compliant

Proactive patching, scheduled reviews and compliance kept current — so the fleet stays in the shape it started in.

In detail

What’s included

Getting you up and running

Zero-touch deployment

Apple Business Manager and Jamf configured so new devices enrol and set themselves up automatically — out of the box, ready to work.

A security baseline from day one

Hardened configuration profiles, FileVault and Gatekeeper controls in place before a single device reaches a user — not retrofitted later.

A personal touch

Our process combines best practices with your specific requirements. Specific applications, configurations and more are catered for.

Running with you

Support for your people

Your team contacts us directly for day-to-day help — the same people who built your environment, with no internal gatekeeper required.

Ongoing consultation

Continued access to Apple and Jamf expertise as things come up — not a one-off handover followed by silence.

Scheduled reviews

Periodic checks on security posture, licensing and what's coming next from Apple — so your estate keeps pace instead of quietly drifting.

Who it’s for

Built for teams who’d rather not think about it.

No dedicated IT resource

You have no internal IT — or one person wearing five hats. We become your Apple IT function, and your people get real support from day one.

Apple off your plate

You have IT, but Apple management and compliance are a distraction. We take the fleet, the patching and the audits — you keep the strategy.

Secure and compliant, kept current — not retrofitted

Security support, hardening to recognised benchmarks and compliance reporting are part of the agreement, not an add-on — reviewed on a schedule so the posture you started with is the posture you keep. Jamf licensing and renewals are handled as part of the agreement too.

Simple to buy

How it’s bought

One agreement

Onboarding and everything after it, under a single agreement. Scope is agreed up front and flexes as you grow — no per-incident surprises and no charging by the ticket. You always know exactly what you are paying for.

Just need the expertise, not the package? Buy a block of Consultancy hours instead — senior Apple and Jamf specialists on your project, no agreement required.

Questions

Frequently asked

We already run Jamf — is Dare 360 still relevant?
Yes. If your environment already exists, onboarding becomes a take-on and remediation phase: we review what is there, fix what is drifting and document it properly — then the ongoing support and compliance work carries on the same as any other Dare 360 client.
What does proactive actually mean?
It means we act before you have to ask. We patch, monitor and review the fleet on a schedule, catching licensing lapses, failing devices and security drift while they are still small — not after they have become an outage.
Do our people contact you directly?
Yes. Your team reaches us directly when they need help, with no internal gatekeeper required. You get real people who know Apple and your setup, not a generic first-line queue.
What if we hire internal IT later?
Dare 360 flexes with you. Many clients who bring IT in-house shift to consultancy-backed co-management — we hand over the day-to-day and stay on as the Apple specialists behind your new team, through blocks of consultancy hours. It is a change of shape, not a cliff-edge.
Which devices do you cover?
Mac, iPhone and iPad — we are Apple-first and Apple-deep. If Apple hardware is central to how your organisation works, it is squarely what we manage.
