With Priority Access, we take it further by offering clients a private Slack channel for direct, real-time communication with the assigned Consultant. This gives IT teams fast and reliable answers with an enhanced SLA time, without logging multiple tickets or waiting for email responses.
Flexible Support That Just Fits and Suits Budget
Not every organisation needs a full support contract and we get that. For smaller teams or those with fixed budgets, the Timebank service offers a more flexible way to access certified Jamf engineering support. It’s not a formal contract, and it provides pre-paid access to a Consultant when you need help. This is ideal for break/fix support, scripting, workflow changes, OS updates, app patching, or preparing for Cyber Essentials or ISO audits.
Timebank hours can be purchased in small blocks (minimum 10 hours), used in 30-minute increments, and remain valid for a full 12 months. It’s a great way to stay supported without committing to an ongoing agreement.
Application Management
