Requirement: Jamf Fundamentals License
Your DARE Fundamentals Onboarding is focused on the setup and configuration of the Jamf Fundamentals product
The onboarding session will provide the following:
- Welcome call to discuss onboarding and pre-requisites
- Remote configuration of the Jamf fundamentals environment
- Remote training session on the administration of Jamf Fundamentals
DARE Standard
Requirement: Jamf Pro, Jamf Connect or Jamf Connect
Your DARE Standard Onboarding is focused on the setup and configuration of a single Jamf product.
The onboarding session will provide the following:
- Welcome call to discuss onboarding and pre-requisites
- Remote configuration of either Jamf Pro, Jamf Connect or Jamf Protect
- Remote training session on the administration of the chosen Jamf product
DARE Complete
Requirement: Jamf User Business Plan
Your DARE Complete Onboarding is focused on the setup and configuration of all Jamf products purchased under the Jamf User Business Plan (UBL).
The onboarding session will provide the following:
- Welcome call to discuss onboarding and pre-requisites
- Remote configuration of Jamf Pro
- Remote configuration of Jamf Connect
- Remote configuration of Jamf Protect
- Remote training session on the administration of all solutions
- Dedicated Customer Success Engineer allocated to your account
- Complementary 30-day DARE help desk support
