Newcastle, February 2025 – DARE, a leading Apple-focused consultancy and Elite Jamf Partner, is proud to announce its transition to an Employee Ownership Trust (EOT). This milestone means that ownership of the company has now transferred to a trust, making DARE’s exceptional team the collective owners of the business.
Founded in 2020 by Andy and Michael, who bring decades of experience in Apple technology and enterprise support, DARE was built with a clear vision – to be an Apple-only organisation, dedicated to supporting businesses that rely on Apple technology. From the outset, DARE became a Jamf Partner and part of the Apple Consultants Network, rapidly expanding its client base across the UK, USA, Nordics, and Europe.
Along the way, DARE achieved Elite Jamf Partner status and with a skilled in-house team, they developed Zappl, a cutting-edge Apple patch management solution.This transition to employee ownership marks the beginning of an exciting new chapter. The company remains committed to expanding its client base, establishing Zappl as the go-to Apple patch management tool, and continuing to build a world-class technical team. Now, as co-owners, Dare’s team will play an integral role in shaping the future of the business and sharing in its success.
